Analysis
EditorialAdopted in 1959, before independence in 1960, the anthem gave way to 'Les Trois Glorieuses' when the Marxist-Leninist People's Republic of the Congo was proclaimed on 31 December 1969. The Sovereign National Conference restored it in 1991, as the country moved to multiparty democracy.
